Protein Packed Crepes/Pancakes by Jen Trudel

Ingredients:

2 (egglands best) egg whites
1/2 scoop whey protein powder
about 2 tbsps of almond butter or natural peanutbutter
sliced bananas
sprinkle of ground cinnamon
Sliced apples, blueberries, strawberries… anything u desire…
I put almond butter, sliced bananas & cinnamon on mine… YUM (as pictured above)

Directions:

Protein Packed Crepes:
-Whisk in a bowl two egg whites with half a scoop of protein powder. Blend well and pour onto a non-stick, heated pan and cook like a pancake. Flip carefully with a spatula once the edges begin to bubble.
– Remove from the pan and smear with almond butter, sliced bananas & sprinkling of cinnamon or try sliced apples & natural peanut butter instead of almond butter, The toppings are endless.
