Challenge Groups: Why Do It Alone?

Challenge groups are small groups of 5 people that commit to a workout program for six weeks. I set up a private Facebook group page and we check in to support and check each other accountable. Weekly diet challenges are issued and we weigh in every Monday. I hope to start the first group on June 1.
